Fluorite (M490)
The main crystal is 28 mm across and 25 mm on edges. This crystal shows a very uncommon habit - a so called "Ochsenauge", these are only known from Schönbrunn in Germany and from China. Further there were a fist full of pieces with this habit from New Mexico. This very small discovery from Russia in the forth relevant discovery of this material world-wide. Usually crystals grow from the center to the corner and then complete the edges and faces. An "Ochsenauge" does the opposite - it first grew to the edges - that´s the reason for the curved edges. Rarity unified with intense color, contrast and aesthetics!. The unique status, the intense purple color and the aesthetics should be high valued, rarity close to Alien-Fluorites. Undamaged.
