Fluorite (M112)
This is a well shaped Fluorite crystal in exceptional dimension and out-standing quality. The crystal shows a combination of cube and octahedron, the faces are highly lustrous, the color of the crystal is light sea-green with minor tones of pink at some areas. Material from Rotleberode belongs to the great German classics and is generally very rare and hard to obtain - but this one is not just a sample, dimension and quality are really spectacular. Hard to photograph and even better in person. No significant damages to report, reverse is partly contacted, partly extracted from the rock.
