Gold on Quartz (M135)
What an incredible combination specimen from Morocco. The base consists of a pale, milky white piece of quartz with a little cavity in the cener which shows beautiful colour variations of deep red to dark-brownish. In the center of the matrix there is an incredible cluster of crystallised gold present with a fantastic good golden lustre and a super nice sculptural appearence. The gold is crystallised as a spinel-law twin which makes this piece even more desirable. Specimens in this quality are not quite common seen on the market and they are hard to obtain in this awesome quality, even sittinmg on matrix.
