Here we have a huge specimen from Irai of a so called amethyst flower.  The floating specimen measures almost 30 cm. In the center of the bowl-like formed specimen the amethyst crystals are tinted in a darker purple and fading to a brighter colouration at the framing. Great Brazilian classic in fine quality.
