Stibnite (M465)
The crystals are all lustrous and show same quality all around. I show photos from front and back-side. Material from Ichinokawa is very old, the mine closed in 1900, so at least 124 years old. Most specimen came earlier, at least these good ones in this dimension. One further important indicator are the end-points; there are lot of additional faces at the end-points of both main crystals. Specimen from Ichinokawa are probably the most relevant classics of Stibnite world-wide. Quality meets rarity - so these pieces are on much higher relavance than material from China. Pieces from Romania never reached this size and also from Romania - there is much more quantity. So overall there is nothing which can be compared - and during 14 years as a dealer I had only 3 pieces at this level.
