Calcite (M779)
Light orange-red sharp terminated crystals formed this impressive cluster. All of their faces are lustrous and show amazing structure. I tried to show luster and texture only very carefully and set the focos of photography on these amazing zonings - they are dark; almost black and remind to a Merdcedes-star. Really each crystal shows this zoning in the best way - all are sharp and show this excellent contrast. The piece is in excellent condition - only back-side was on the rock.
