If you would like to place an order, just send an email to martin.gruell@viamineralia.com.
Your email should contain:
the mineral with the number
the items price
your home-country
If it’s available we will reserve it for you and we’ll proceed with the payment-process.
Payment
We accept the following ways of payment:
Bank transfer / Paypal / Cash
After you replaced your request / order you’ll get an email with the payment-data and the full costs incl. shipping.
Shipping
All items will be shipped insured and trackable via Austrian Post. Whenever possible we will combine shipment of more than one specimen to save shipping costs.
The following table shows the costs for insured shipping of parcels up to 2 kg, depending on the amount of insurance.
Austria: 5 - 10 Euro
Europe (excl. UK): 15 - 17 Euro
North America (+ UK): 20 - 26 Euro
Rest of world: 25 - 40 Euro

return a specimen
If you're not satisfied with any specimen you bought from the website, please let us know within 10 days after you recieved it.

Please handle the specimen very careful, pack it very well and return it after you informed us. After we recieved your specimen in the same condition as it was send to you, we will refund the full price (except the shipping-costs).
Please note:
The return-offer is not valid for specimens that were sold via e-rocks.com!
Privacy policy
No customer records will be given away to other companies and/or organisations. Especially we're using your email-adress for sending you our newsletter or private offers of mineral specimens. If you don't wish to get our newsletter, just contact us and your email-adress will be removed from our system.
