Fluorite (933)

Rittersgruen, Vogtland, Saxony, Germany

9 x 5 x 3,5 cm

Fluorite from Rittersgrün, a historic mining area, was never common. You can have a look at minfind and won't find many photos. If you compare the photos you will agree that this one is much better than anything shown there.
The quality is very good, the crystals are developed as cubes with lustrous faces and a blueish color. Blue fluorite from Saxony is rare, but I've never seen another blueish one from Rittersgrün before. So be sure that this is really unique.
Plus: the specimen is undamaged.
This is something for an advanced fluorite-collector.
